Poppi contains up to 100% of its calories from added sugars, making Poppi Sodadrinks a sugar-sweetened beverage, stated in the filed complaint. In this lawsuit it is alleged that with only two grams of fiber, Poppi Sodadoes do not provide any significant health benefits. “The added fiber content is far too low to provide meaningful support for gut health.
